Hi, I’m Elise — and I’m really
glad you’re here.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in schools, special education, early childhood services, and higher levels of care for eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults navigating everything from social-emotional challenges and school avoidance to burnout, identity questions, and major life transitions.
What matters most to me is creating a space where you can exhale. A space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or have the “right” words. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already carry strengths — sometimes we just need help uncovering them.
I’m especially passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, including support for ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and executive functioning challenges. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, or simply feeling overwhelmed by how your brain works in a fast-paced world, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
My Values
People first. Always.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding you. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely seen.
Neurodiversity is a strength, not a flaw.
Brains are wired differently, and there is no one “right” way to think, feel, or function. I honor your natural style and help you build strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
Warmth and honesty go hand in hand.
You’ll be met with compassion and curiosity, along with gentle, supportive challenges that help you grow.
Collaboration over hierarchy.
You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk beside you, offer tools and perspective, and help you move toward what matters most to you.
Safety, clarity, and trust.
Clear communication, consistent support, and strong professional boundaries are the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work.
